We are a registered coffee company operating in Bugisu sub region with presence in Bulambuli and Mbale city. We work with small holder farmers to produce the finest coffees from the region by sharing with them good farming practices as well as offering a good price for every good cherry supplied to us. Our coffees are grown and processed at an altitude of 1800-2300 meters above sea level.
Improving Coffee Farmers Livelihoods
We are working with the most vulnerable smallholder coffee farmer families. We are implementing hands-on projects with farmer communities, farmer organizations, and local coffee organizations promoting entrepreneurial conduct wherever possible. Our work is pre-competitive and independent. It is funded by private partners such as coffee companies and other foundations, public organizations striving for positive developments in rural tropical regions and to a smaller extent also by using our own resources. Our aim is to improve the livelihood situation of smallholder coffee farmer families’.
Zinule coffee is a brand for our fully washed coffees that are produced in a traditional way i.e. carefully selected red cherries by a team of men and women, floated in floating tanks to remove the defects and then pulped using an eco-pulping machine.
